YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The CoreWebSoft.Com products (hereinafter referred to as "The product") license agreement ("license") is an agreement between you as the purchaser, hereinafter referred to as "You" and Corewebsoft.com site owner ("Corewebsoft") for the usage of the product. By downloading and installing The product, you are agreeing with all the terms of this license. In case you do not agree to the terms of this license, please do not purchase, download, install or use The product.

A. Per server License
Subject to the terms of this Agreement and full payment of the relevant license fees, Corewebsoft grants You a limited, non-assignable, non-exclusive, non-sub-licensable license to install and use The product on one server at a time.

B. License Restrictions
It is strictly forbidden:
1. Editing or changing DLL libraries contained within The Product.
2. Application of any kind of reverse-engineering.

Further You are not eligible to:
1. Reproduce or distribute all or any portion of The Product to any third party,
2. remove any proprietary notices from The Product or any copy thereof,
3. Rent, sell, transfer, distribute, assign, grant rights in The product to any other person
unless You have been nominated Corewebsoft reseller with exclusive rights and controls for the sale and or distribution of The product.

C. Copyright
The Product is Copyright of Corewebsoft and is protected by International copyright laws. Except for the limited license granted to You, Corewebsoft reserves all rights, title and interest to The Product and all associated graphics. You acknowledge herewith, that any unauthorized copying or use of The Product and/or graphics is a breach of this License.

D. Disclaimer of Warranties
The product is provided "as is" and you assume all risk with its installation, configuration and use and such there are no warranties, claims or representations made by Corewebsoft either express, implied or statutory with respect to The product, including warranties of quality, performance, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose nor are there any warranties created by course of dealing, course of performance or trade usage. Further Corewebsoft does not represent or warrant that The product or any related service will always be available, accessible, accurate, complete, or error-free. The foregoing exclusions and disclaimers are an essential part of this agreement and forms the basis for determining the price charged for The product and any associated services. Some countries or states do not allow exclusion of an implied warranty, so this disclaimer may not apply to you, however this shall be subject to international laws on jurisdiction.
