I am having trouble with credit card payment. Do you accept any other payment method?
Even that nowadays we accept payments via 2checkout, where major credit cards are represented, we plan to expand to another payment processor for your convenience. Also we are always trying to meet our customers needs, therefore please contact our sales department to discuss the alternative payment options.
Do you offer updates of your products?
Yes and what is more important, it's free within up to 3 years from purchase in case you order this option (click here for more pricing details at each product)! We still develop our products, even that it might look like they are perfect. Database optimization can never be done without reliable research, therefore we implement not only new features, but improve also the existing ones. Mostly upon our clients requests.

Within one/two or three years (and under specific circumstances also within unlimited time) from purchase date you will receive all updates for free. We will notify you automatically, when there are updates available for you.
Updating our products is mostly very simple and you will not loose any of your already stored data.
Why there are only positive customer comments to your products?
Of course we have also negative responses, as every company. But the difference between "them" and us is, that we treat each customer individually. This means, that every (even that only minor) issue is considered as serious and this way it is being treated and solved.

Our comprehensive attitude gives us the opportunity to offer our customers better services. In other words, most of our customers requests are fulfilled and mostly for free (depends on specific request of course).

The other reason, why we have only positive responses might be, that we have not received report about any working error in our scripts since 2002. But give it a try - if you discover any real error, our sales department will consider a discount for you - just turn to our support department and describe the error.

Why are you using your own technology for tracking? Why don't you use Server log files for displaying stats?
Common tracking systems are using server logs to report stats. This method gives you only very basic review of your visitors and assumes that you have access to this logs and the script installed.

Except the fact, that server logs contain usually only simple information in one text file line by line, using server logs you cannot compare the hits with archived results, you cannot view sessions, page "travelling" of your visitor and other feature we offer. Searching through this data is very difficult (if not even impossible due the time/CPU consuming operation with each search).

That's why we offer very flexible and usable solution. We track all visitors based on sessions they make when they stay on the web site. Each session is deeply analysed and gives you exact details about the visitor. Except common information like IP, Host name, Referring page (server) you will see how long does the visitor stayed on each opened page, all visited pages, operating system and browser used, possibly also screen resolution and if javascript was enabled.
